Our products can be returned within 365 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased from www.thelastcoat.com in the last 365 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • If ordering multiple bottles (such as a 2 or 3 pack), and you are not satisfied, please request your return after/during the first bottle so that you may return the remaining closed bottles for restocking on our end.

Products that do not meet these criteria will be subject to the consideration of The Last Coat for refund.

Refunds requested for Amazon sales or any distributor/third party sellers must be dealt with via the respective channel or distributor. 

The 365 day refund term is only for purchases made from our online store at www.thelastcoat.com.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non- refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from The Last Coat (TLC).

Orders typically go out within 25-36 hours of order placement.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
